In my previous session with my son’s cake smash, I finally experimented with a relatively new trend in modern custom photography – fusion – and I’ve been dying to try it with a family session. When I met up with the F family, I sprang it on them that I wanted to try it out. They were totally game! I absolutely love family sessions outdoors because I get to capture the wonderful interactions and fun in the family. With this fusion – a mix of video and stills all done with my one camera (yay!) – I now get to see the images come to life in motion. It’s just so cool! I’m still working with it, trying it out, and perfecting it, but for now, it’s just for fun! Check out the slideshow at the end of the post for video and much more images!
