I met with Mr. R, his mom, and his grandma at the park yesterday to take his 2 year portraits. I can’t believe he’s going to be 2 already! One word bests describes him…GO! I got some great action shots of him though! He loved the big open field to run around! At the end of the session, his mom said that she can now see why people pay for custom photography. She felt that I really captured his personality. Thanks R for a fun and energizing session!

The last shot of the day…contemplating the fun day he had!

I got to hang out with little Miss A again yesterday! We took advantage of the beautiful fall foliage and got more family shots. This family is so stylish! I loved their coordinated outfits!

I’ve known Mr. B since he was in his mommy’s belly! We were pregnant the same time, and look how much he’s grown! He was such a fun, smiley little guy! He really loved his lovey bear and Elmo. They helped me get him to look at the camera by sitting right on my lens! Silly bear and Elmo! I love his curling toes in this first one. Enjoy your sneak peek!

This was the last pic of the day. Hey, are we done or what?? Too cute!!

Last week, I had a session with the radio station WPST (97.5) to take headshots of the DJs. It’s quite intriguing since you hear them on the radio and you may not know what they look like! Here are a few of them!

I always joke that I am the cobbler that has a child with no shoes. It’s not entirely my fault though. Every time I try to take pictures of her, she looks the other way. Yesterday, my new lens arrived a day early (yay!) so I took her to the park to try and get shots of her.

Finally, she looked at me!

I was semi-crunchy as they say – breastfeeding, babywearing, and now cloth diapering. I guess it rubbed off because now she’s a tree hugger!

My little assistant with my light meter. She held it up to her ear talked into it like a phone!

She stood next to this big tree and kept “jumping.” I have no idea where she thought she jumping!

My lucky shot…now you can see her new canine teeth coming in. Pointy little things!
